The CITB Employer Network fund is an initiative set up and funded by CITB to simplify how levy-paying employers access training and funding.
- Designed to reduce paperwork and make it easier for employers to secure the training they need now and for future skills.
- Operates through local employer networks, giving businesses a direct voice in shaping which training is prioritised.
Eligibility
- Employers must be levy-registered with CITB.
- Levy returns and payments must be up to date.
- Employer Networks are only available in active areas.

Our Position
- Mike Manning Consultancy and Training is now part of the CITB Employer Network.
- This allows us to provide or arrange training for our clients, with access to CITB support where eligible.
- We act as a point of contact to help employers identify needs, access funding, and reduce training costs.
