The CITB Employer Network fund is an initiative set up and funded by CITB to simplify how levy-paying employers access training and funding.

• Designed to reduce paperwork and make it easier for employers to secure the training they need now and for future skills.
• Operates through local employer networks, giving businesses a direct voice in shaping which training is prioritised.

Eligibility

• Employers must be levy-registered with CITB.
• Levy returns and payments must be up to date.
• Employer Networks are only available in active areas.

• Simpler access to training funding with reduced admin.
• Training can be tailored to current or future skills needs.
• Employers have input into which skills are prioritised locally.

Our Position

• Mike Manning Consultancy and Training is now part of the CITB Employer Network.
• This allows us to provide or arrange training for our clients, with access to CITB support where eligible.
• We act as a point of contact to help employers identify needs, access funding, and reduce training costs.
